Fireworks over the Genesee River highlighted Rochester's Independence Day celebration called "Red, White, and Boom".
City Celebrates Fourth With RPO and Fireworks
The city of Rochester celebrates it's 175th anniversary with a 4th of July spectacular downtown.
The fireworks kicked off just before 10 p.m. and entertained crowds lined up and down the river
